I was reading the (stunning, beautiful, interesting) Smitten Kitchen blog yesterday in search of dinner ideas, when I stumbled upon this recipe for “pea pesto linguine”. Being Italian, I am always on the look for original pasta ideas!

Last month I visited India for the second time in my life. My fiancé is originally from Mumbai, so we try to go once a year to visit the family. This year it was a special occasion for us, as we celebrated our engagement with a hindu ceremony and the whole family reunited at the Swaminarayan temple!

A few weeks ago I attended a day workshop with food photographer Paul Winch-Furness. Photo Pop-Up was held at A La Cruz, an Argentinian restaurant in Clerkenwell, London EC1.
It was a great and busy day! It was 8 of us with full access to the whole restaurant, kitchen included! We started off the day with coffee and biscuits imported directly from Argentina. They look like macarons, but infact they are two shortbreads layered with jam. Delicious!
