The Cornish Grill is a pop-up restaurant founded by Matthew Chatfield, a native Cornish from a family of farmers, who supplies fresh meat and fish daily to Michelin restaurants in London. The first pop-up grill events were started last summer as a way to make the Cornish produce accessible to more people and they were hosted at the Manor Arms pub in Clapham.
